I can find materials to make a robot sculpture.
We’re doing a mini-topic on robots at the moment and next week we’re hoping to make robot sculptures. Children should try to bring in any of the following things if possible (although I know it’s not always that easy!):
- Cardboard boxes (small ones like cereal or shoe boxes etc)
- Cardboard tubes (old Christmas wrapping tubes or kitchen rolls – not toilet rolls please)
- Margerine tubs or similar
- Plastic bottles
- Bottle tops (for buttons!)
We’re going to make our robots on Thursday, so children have an extra day to scavenge!
