Friday 01 February 2013

This week’s spellings are plurals where the route word ends with an f. However, when the word is pluralized, the f is dropped and replaced with ves.

For example, leaf becomes leaves.

LO: plurals ending in ves
leaf leaves
half halves
scarf scarves
shelf shelves
thief thieves
wolf wolves
self selves
calf calves
