After an amazing year with our Year 1s, it has finally come to an end!
First and foremost, well done to each and every one of you in Year 1! You have all grown so much as children and as pupils, and it has been a joy to be part of your journey. I have been incredibly lucky to have such a wonderful class this year- one that has impressed us all every day in so many different ways, and one I will never forget.
Mrs Boyle would also like to say a huge well done and thank you for a fantastic year. She has really enjoyed watching you learn and grow. You are all stars!
As you all know, today is my last day here at Moortown, and I would like to say a massive thank you to all the parents and children, both in and out of Year 1, who have been so welcoming and have made my time here very special.
Finally, Mrs Boyle and I would like to thank you for your generosity and for the thoughtful gifts you have given us throughout the year.
