Where do you come from?
I am from Cardiff in South Wales. I moved to Leeds in 2000.

What is your favourite subject?
My favourite subject is English as I enjoy reading and finding out about new things.

What is your favourite food?
My favourite food is fish and chips with curry sauce.

What is your favourite animal?
My favourite animals are lion cubs – they are so cute!

What is your favourite sport?
I used to enjoy playing badminton but I haven’t played it for a long time.

Why did you want to become a teaching assistant?
I’m passionate about helping others, something I have done throughout my career. I especially enjoy working with young people, supporting them to achieve and develop is so rewarding.
