We recently received a lovely email from a current parent wanting to tell us how great a particular teacher is at Moortown Primary. Here are some extracts (fully anonymised in terms of pupil and teacher):

He has managed to succeed…by not only making my son feel happy about attending school, but also by enabling the progress of his students by working tirelessly to create a highly engaging, challenging and nurturing environment… [The teacher] appears to adopt a teaching strategy that incorporates every individual child’s personality and abilities… [The teacher] is an effective and highly skilled [person].
My son [has been shown] that he is a valued member of his class… my son… loves attending school…
[This teacher] is what many teachers should aspire to be… a positive, caring leader that encourages a sense of belonging in the classroom and has high expectations for all… students that does not discourage but inspires… students to keep on achieving.
