Here’s a short update on the playground extension…
Developing the land at the rear of the school continues. We know it seems like ages – too long, really – but the process is not a simple one so extending the outdoor play space will continue to take time.
Having said that, last Friday afternoon, we were delighted to welcome two of the three Moortown councillors to our school to discuss our plans.
I met with Cllr Sharon Hamilton and Cllr Mohammed Shahzad on Friday at 2pm, making sure we were able to maintain safe social distancing when there were no children around. Mrs Rachel Greenhalgh, our Chair of Governors joined us for the meeting.
