Group 1

This week’s spellings are based on words with split digraphs (the sound is split with another letter in between – eg the a-e sound is split by the letter d in made). There is also a word, Eve, that is a name (proper noun) and the children need to remember to use a capital letter at the start of this word to get it correct.
